Some Qualifications as a LPN Medication Manager
Ordering Medications/Prescriptions. Monitoring need for Medication reorders and refills
Communicating with LHCSA RN , Case Management or Executive Director regarding orders to be handled by CHHA.
Inventory Checks for Medications and required Supplies.
Oversight of Immediate Removal and proper destruction of all discontinued and/or expired medications.
All duties assigned by Management or the Executive Director
