Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living Advance, a premier skilled nursing facility located in Advance, MO, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our skilled nursing residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Conduct routine vital sign checks, monitor for changes in condition, and report concerns to the Charge Nurse or Team Leader

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments

• Participate in care conferences and strategic planning to ensure effective patient outcomes

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care services

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri

• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
