• 12 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

Requirements:

 Must have valid Oklahoma LPN license in good standing. 

 License/Certification:

• LVN (Preferred)
• LPN (Preferred)

 Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Medication Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
