TravelNurseSource is working with Medical Recruitment Strategies to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Napa, California, 94558!

Variable shift, 12 hrs, 1900 starts, with occasional days to fill unit needs. They will not need to rotate within the same week.Additional Role Expectations:Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care within the scope of the assigned role and follow facility policies and clinical protocols. Communicate effectively with the care team, document work accurately, and escalate concerns promptly.Candidates should be prepared to collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, maintain professional communication, and follow all applicable patient-safety, infection-prevention, and documentation standards.
