• Compensation: $18.00–$19.00 per hour

What a Typical Shift Looks Like

• Set up, operate, and closely monitor production and packaging machinery.
• Handle basic changeovers and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Record counts, quality checks, and production details accurately each day.
• Clean equipment and perform routine inspections to keep everything running safely.
• Uphold strict quality, safety, and throughput standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing (food production experience is a plus).
• Mechanical savvy with a knack for diagnosing simple equipment issues.
• Ability to contribute independently and collaborate with a team.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset.
