Job Description - CE and ETO for ASD TUG/DP-2 Vessel Job Opportunity: Chief Engineer (CE) & Electro-Technical Officer (ETO)

We are seeking experienced Chief Engineer (CE) and Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) candidates for an ASD TUG/ DP-2 Vessel operating in Mozambique.

Vessel Details:

Vessel Type: 46m ASD DP2 Tug

Operations:

FLNG support operations
Personnel transfer
Fender maintenance
Relief tug for LNG carrier mooring and unmooring operations
Deep-offshore operations with no standby buoy or anchorage available
Challenging environmental conditions

Role Requirements: Chief Engineer (CE):

Experience with ABC engines or equivalent Wärtsilä / MAN-type medium-speed engines.
Strong electrical knowledge.
Strong DP-system knowledge required.

Electro-Technical Officer (ETO):

DPVM certification required.
Note: An ETO is available in the field and may be shared among other vessels when operationally practicable.

Rotation:

8 weeks on / 8 weeks off. Occasionally, this may extend to 2 months on / 2 months off, depending on Tanker schedules.

Salary:

Chief Engineer (CE): 330 - 340 (Currency not specified, assumed per day/week/month based on industry standards)
Electro-Technical Officer (ETO): 250 - 260 (Currency not specified, assumed per day/week/month based on industry standards)
