Bright Flag Recruiting is looking for an experienced Fleet Supervisor with a background in DSP operations to lead a team of Fleet Specialists and support fleet management services for our customers at Go HQ.
If you've worked as an DSP Operations Manager, Fleet Manager, or Operations Supervisor, you already understand the challenges of keeping vehicles on the road, managing operational demands, maintaining compliance, and supporting a successful delivery operation. We're looking for someone who can bring that experience to our team!
In this role, you'll partner with our Fleet Services Manager to oversee daily service delivery, coach and develop Fleet Specialists, manage customer relationships, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
Experience working in DSP operations, preferably in an Operations Manager, Fleet Manager, or similar leadership role
2–3+ years of direct people management experience, including coaching, training, performance management, and team development
Strong understanding of DSP operations, including fleet readiness, vehicle maintenance, compliance, and operational challenges
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership of escalations, and drive accountability
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as an DSP Operations Manager or Fleet Manager
Familiarity with DSP fleet systems, processes, and performance expectations
Experience managing remote teams or customer service operations
Experience developing workflows, monitoring KPIs, and improving operational efficiency
Working Conditions
- Remote Position – Open to candidates residing in AL, AZ, FL, IL, TX. Working hours: 8 am - 5 pm CST
- Must have reliable internet and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Sitting and computer work for extended periods
