As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for all Mesquite Village Wellness & Rehabilitation employees, including hourly and salary staff, on a bi-weekly basis
• Ensure accurate and timely calculation of pay, including wages, bonuses, and deductions
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and other stakeholders as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee hours worked, time off, and benefits
• Communicate effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders regarding payroll-related issues and changes
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations regarding payroll and employment laws

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in payroll or a related field
