Job Summary:

Meadow Falls of Finneytown, a premier healthcare provider in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting

• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including education, training, and mentoring

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with hospital management, medical staff, and other stakeholders

• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in nursing management

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in nursing management or a related field

• Current nursing license and certifications as required by state and federal regulations

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
