The work

• Internal investigations and DOJ/SEC enforcement defense for companies, boards and executives
• FCPA and foreign bribery, health care fraud, False Claims Act, securities and market-integrity fraud
• Responding to grand jury subpoenas, CIDs and parallel civil/regulatory proceedings; negotiating corporate resolutions
• Compliance program assessments and monitorship-related work

Profile

• Roughly 5–12 years of white collar, investigations or federal criminal experience at a law firm, at DOJ or a U.S. Attorney's Office, or a combination
• Washington, DC-based or willing to work from the DC office
• Strong academic credentials; AmLaw, midsize and boutique white collar backgrounds all considered; Spanish or other language skills a plus
