Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator (Distribution Center)

About the Role

Start your day in a fast-paced Joliet distribution environment where precision and safety matter. You’ll hop on a stand-up reach truck, grab picks with a cherry picker, and glide pallets with an electric pallet jack—moving product from inbound docks to storage and staging, then loading outbound with accuracy and care. Every shift you’ll keep aisles clear, equipment inspected, and the floor safe.

Compensation and Schedule

• Location: Joliet, IL
• Pay: From $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Job Type: Full-time
• Shifts: Multiple

What You’ll Handle

• Operate stand-up reach trucks, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks
• Transfer freight from receiving docks to assigned warehouse locations
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and accurately
• Assist with general labor tasks: lifting, carrying, staging, and consolidating product
• Uphold housekeeping standards; follow all safety protocols

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of stand-up forklift experience
• Turret forklift exposure a plus
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs throughout the shift
• Dependable, detail-focused, and safety-first mindset
