About the Role:

Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse (Full-Time) at Aspire Senior Living Warsaw, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality personal care services to our residents in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring residents' conditions

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Ensure all care is provided in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as our company's policies and procedures

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve care outcomes and resident satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri

• Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
