What You'll Do

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Prepare customer orders for shipment, including packaging and labeling products
• Create shipping labels and documentation using UPS and FedEx systems
• Use RF scanners and inventory software to track materials and update inventory records
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean, efficient work area
• Assist with order fulfillment, packaging, and general warehouse tasks
• Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping and production goals

What We're Looking For

• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
• Comfortable using computers and RF scanners
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand, sit, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Preferred Experience

• Shipping to military installations or commercial customers
• Working with batteries, electronics, or similar products
• Experience with inventory management systems

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• Optional overtime available after shift and occasional Saturdays

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
