Organize and determine repair and maintenance procedures and priorities.
Moving and erecting various types of machine tools and equipment for new installations or plant layout changes.
Maintenance and repair of machinery.
Electrical maintenance from fault diagnosis to replacement of: spindle and axis motors, power supplies, drive modules and cards, connectors, proximity switches, etc.
Repairing and troubleshooting: pneumatics, controllers, relays, motors, transformers, power supplies, etc.
Diagnosing and correcting mechanical, electrical and electronic troubles to involve repairs and replacement of monitors, controls, switches, devices, etc.
Replacing fitting bearings, bushings, O rings, gears, shafts, etc, using a broad range of hand and machine tools.
Calibrations of all production equipment.
