Clinical Laboratory QA QC Supervisor

The Clinical Laboratory QA QC Supervisor will oversee day-shift operations for the core laboratory within a reference laboratory environment, reporting to the Clinical Operations Director. This role will guide staff, maintain quality and regulatory standards, validate results, manage equipment and inventory, and lead improvements focused on quality metrics.

Responsibilities

QA QC Supervisor

• Oversee core laboratory operations within a reference laboratory environment.
• Maintain quality assurance processes and monitor quality metrics.
• Support regulatory compliance across laboratory operations.
• Validate laboratory results according to established procedures.
• Manage laboratory equipment and coordinate related operational needs.
• Maintain inventory control for laboratory supplies and materials.
• Lead improvements that strengthen quality metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in clinical laboratory operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Experience with laboratory quality management.
• Knowledge of clinical chemistry and hematology.
