Flexible Hours - Babysitter Needed

We are a Christian family and would love to find someone that shares our values. We have not had a babysitter before (besides family) so we are looking for someone who is very comfortable with babies. He is not sleep trained and would need someone to feel comfortable transferring him to his crib for naps (or contact napping if he wakes/wont settle in his crib). He is a very easy baby but is very shy with strangers and takes a while to warm up. Our baby loves to crawl everywhere. He is a mover for sure! He loves spending time outside. 2 cats. They are both very sweet!
