Childcare Needed

We are looking for a career nanny for 2 kids (almost 2 and almost 4-year-old girls) in Dallas. We would love to find someone who genuinely loves to play with and come up with creative activities for kids. Our kids love daily outings, so safe driver and car are necessary. We are looking for someone who is very punctual, trustworthy, reliable, warm, mature, fun, calm, detail-oriented, and organized. We need someone soon so are open to a short-term commitment or a short-term commitment with the option to transition to a long-term role if mutually agreed upon.
