Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

We're looking for a reliable, caring babysitter for our 15-month-old son. We'd love to find someone we can turn to for occasional date nights and events, mostly Friday or Saturday evenings, with occasional weeknights too. We're hoping to build an ongoing relationship with someone who has toddler experience and is comfortable with evening routines and bedtime. Dates and hours would vary, and we'd arrange each evening in advance. We also have a dog so being comfortable around dogs is important : )
