Job Description

Sunshine Adult Day Health Center in Auburn, MA is looking for a part-time LPN to join our team!

Schedule: 3 days per week, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (15 hours/week).

Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to participants, monitor health conditions, administer medications, assist with individualized care plans, and maintain accurate nursing documentation under RN supervision.

Requirements: Active Massachusetts LPN license, strong communication skills, and a caring, dependable attitude. Experience working with older adults is preferred.
