Order Puller

This role focuses on supporting a high-volume distribution warehouse by accurately pulling, receiving, storing, and shipping products and materials. You will handle both physical and administrative tasks, operate material handling equipment, and ensure inventory moves efficiently through the facility. The position involves routine assignments with clear, detailed instructions and requires comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment on a night shift.

• Receive incoming products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment, and verify shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
• Unpack, inspect, and check goods for accuracy and quality, rejecting unsatisfactory items when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of received goods, including documentation and system updates as required.
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners to locate, pick, and confirm products.
• Prepare merchandise for final shipment by packing, labeling, posting weights, and recording shipping charges.
• Maintain and update records of merchandise shipped, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Examine stock levels and distribute materials to inventory locations and manufacturing or production lines as needed.
• Prepare kitting packages for assembly or production by gathering and organizing required components.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and electronic pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials safely.
• Lift and move heavy items regularly while following safe lifting and handling practices.
• Use RF scanners to pull and receive products and to confirm accurate placement in proper warehouse locations.
• Receive and inspect incoming freight and stock, and place items in appropriate warehouse locations according to established procedures.
• Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures for all tasks and assignments.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work area.
• Support fulfillment and distribution activities by performing general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and material handling.

• Experience working in a warehouse distribution environment.
• Experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, electronic pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and forklifts.
• Ability to use an RF scanner to pull and receive products accurately.
• Ability to receive, inspect, and verify incoming freight and stock.
• Ability to place and maintain stock in appropriate warehouse locations.
• Comfort performing physical work, including lifting and moving heavy items.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard procedures for routine assignments.
• Experience as a warehouse worker, distribution warehouse associate, or in a similar fulfillment or receiving role.
• Ability to work effectively on a night shift in a busy warehouse environment.

• Experience working in a fulfillment or distribution center environment.
• Background as a forklift or power industrial vehicle operator.
• Familiarity with picking, packing, and material handling processes.
• Comfort working with RF-based inventory systems and scanners.
• Ability to work safely around material handling equipment in a large warehouse layout.

Work is performed on a night shift in an active, fast-paced environment where RF scanners and other warehouse technologies are used regularly. The setting requires consistent awareness of equipment traffic, adherence to safety procedures, and comfort working on your feet for extended periods.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, OR.

The pay range for this position is $22.65 - $22.65/hr.
