Lamination Assistant - Now Hiring

Location: Rogers, MN
Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour DOE
Employment Type: Full-Time | Overtime Available | Occasional Saturdays Required

We are seeking a dependable Lamination Assistant to join a growing manufacturing team. This position supports the lamination process by assisting with material preparation, equipment operation, and production tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the lamination and production process.
• Operate and safely use hand tools and power tools, including drills and saws.
• Accurately measure materials using a tape measure to 1/16" increments.
• Prepare and handle materials throughout the production process.
• Maintain compliance with company safety and quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient.
• Assist with additional production and shop duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment.
• Not sensitive to odors or willing to wear appropriate PPE, including a mask if desired.
• Experience using hand tools, drills, saws, and other shop equipment.
• Strong tape measure skills, including the ability to accurately read measurements to the nearest 1/16".
• Blueprint reading experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Flexibility to assist with other shop duties based on production demands.
