Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Familiarity with IEP documentation, evaluations, and progress reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students to support their physical growth and access to the school environment
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment programs in collaboration with teachers and other support staff
• Monitor, record, and communicate student progress and adaptations to care plans as needed
• Educate students, families, and staff on appropriate exercises, devices, or mobility strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to student goal setting, and maintain detailed documentation per school policies
