A reputable healthcare facility in Carthage, NY, is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join their outpatient/clinic pharmacy team. This is a contract position with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing a stable, consistent workweek.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and dispense specialty and targeted retail medications
• Provide thorough counseling to patients on medication usage, side effects, and safety precautions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Valid NY pharmacist license is required
