Concord, MA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 4x10-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week | On-call expected 2x per month plus weekend call every 6th weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care to patients throughout the surgical experience
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties within the operating room setting
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency
• Monitor and document patient status before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation, including call 2x per month and weekend call every 6th weekend

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple surgical service lines
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and facility protocols
