NVT Staffing is seeking friendly, energetic, and dependable Concierge Professionals to join our growing team!

We provide 24/7 concierge services to luxury residential communities and condominiums throughout the DMV. Whether you're looking for consistent weekly hours or the flexibility to pick up shifts as needed, we have opportunities to fit your schedule!

Available Shifts

• Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Overnight: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekdays & Weekends
• Full-Time, Part-Time & On-Call Opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism.
• Manage front desk operations, phone calls, and resident inquiries.
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury residential environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, reliable, and outgoing personality.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Previous concierge, hospitality, front desk, or administrative experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
• Fair Housing Certification required (discounted online certification option available for $40).
• Must maintain a polished, business-professional appearance and adhere to uniform requirements.
