Revenue Analyst

YOTEL New York is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Revenue Analyst to join our team! Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data related to hotel bookings, occupancy rates, and market trends to identify revenue opportunities.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast future revenue performance and support strategic planning initiatives.
• Conduct quantitative research to evaluate pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and competitive positioning.
• Perform risk analysis to assess potential impacts of market fluctuations and operational changes on revenue streams.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports that clearly communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management.
• Utilize financial software tools for data collection, analysis, and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on mergers & acquisitions projects that impact hotel assets or portfolio expansion.
