???? What You'll Do

As a Caregiver/C.N.A., you will play a vital role in helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and highest level of functioning.

Responsibilities Include:

✅ Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

✅ Providing direct resident care under the direction of a Registered Nurse

✅ Supporting residents in maintaining independence and adapting safely to community living

✅ Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions

✅ Assisting with mobility, personal care, and comfort needs

✅ Documenting care according to company policies and regulatory requirements

✅ Promoting a safe, respectful, and caring environment

✅ Providing compassionate emotional support to residents and families

✅ Following physician orders, company standards, and federal/state regulations

???? QualificationsEducation

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience

• Minimum of three (3) months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties

Certifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) certification required
• Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant training program
• Current required in-services and certifications maintained

Additional Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
