WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your internship will be centered around hands-on retail sales and customer service, with opportunities to explore other exciting areas of the business!

• Run the Show: Learn business operations and customer service while helping create unforgettable shopping experiences.
• Prom Sales & Buying: Help customers find their dream dresses and get a behind-the-scenes look at how we select the styles everyone will be talking about.
• Own the Room: Develop professional communication, interview skills, and business etiquette that will help you succeed in any career.
• Go Live: Explore website and social media management, including the creative content that gets Terry Costa noticed online.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for high school and college students who are:

• Friendly, outgoing, and excited to learn
• Dependable, motivated, and ready to work
• Interested in fashion, business, sales, marketing, or retail
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a busy retail environment
• Available to work BOTH Saturdays and Sundays throughout the spring season (REQUIRED)

No previous retail experience? No problem! We're looking for great attitudes, strong work ethics, and students who are ready to learn!
