At Fur-Get Me Not, we are expanding our field team and looking for compassionate, reliable animal lovers to care for dogs and cats specifically in Falls Church and Arlington.

Since 2000, our family-owned business has provided top-tier pet care across Northern Virginia. We aren't a gig app—we are a team-first, all-employee company where animal well-being comes first, and every team member is truly part of our family.

What You’ll Do:

• One-on-One Midday Dog Walks: Provide focused, midday visits for dogs between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm on weekdays. We only walk one household at a time.
• Pet Sitting: Visit dogs, cats, and other small animals in their homes (typically before 9 am or after 5 pm and on weekends) when their families are away.
• Safety First: Safely manage dogs on-leash using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Customer Communication: Write detailed, professional journals after each visit to share the joy of the day with pet parents.

What We're Looking For:

• Heart for Animals: A genuine love for animals and a passion for their safety and well-being.
• Consistent Availability: A reliable 2–3 hour block of time between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on weekdays (for dog walkers). Pet sitters have even broader flexibility!
• Location & Transportation: Must live in or very near Falls Church or North Arlington with a reliable vehicle. Scooters and bikes can work in densely populated neighborhoods.
• All-Weather Ready: Happy to be outdoors, rain or shine!
• Basic Requirements: 18 years or older, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and able to check email daily.
