Housekeeper

I need one big deep clean for the first clean and then biweekly visits with regular cleaning after that. For regular cleans I'd like someone comfortable doing regular cleaning, doing laundry, putting new sheets on, emptying dishwasher, and filling empty water bottles around the house too. Looking for background checked individuals (preferably women) with afternoon availability with my days flexible, the home is 747sq ft 1 bed/bath, and I have one trained Samoyed dog living with me.
