Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active Oregon PT license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Valid driver's license

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts.
• Approximately 2–6 patient visits per day, depending on visit type and patient location.
• Must be comfortable working independently and managing a mobile patient schedule.
• Travel throughout Curry County is required for patient visits.
• Clinicians use their own vehicles for patient visits.
