Pay & Shift Options

1st Shift: $18-$20/hour

• Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: $20-$22/hour

• Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: $22-$24/hour

• Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

What You'll Do

As a Production Assembler, you'll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality medical device components in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate molding and production equipment to manufacture silicone and plastic medical components.
• Trim, assemble, and finish products according to detailed specifications.
• Perform quality inspections using visual inspection equipment and microscopes.
• Weigh, mix, and prepare raw materials for production.
• Complete production documentation and quality records accurately.
• Use hand tools and precision equipment to perform assembly and manufacturing tasks.
• Follow cleanroom procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

No Experience? No Problem.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
