What You'll Do

• Lead projects from planning and design through construction and closeout
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, school districts, architects, engineers, and contractors
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project performance
• Act as the Owner's Representative, protecting client interests throughout the project
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Identify risks early and implement solutions
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
• Utilize Procore and other construction management tools to keep projects on track

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience as an Owner's Representative, Construction Manager, or Project Manager
• Experience in K-12, public sector, commercial, healthcare, or higher education construction
• Experience managing both new construction and renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, construction administration, and contract management
• Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of public bidding and school construction processes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
