Job Description

This is an extremely entry-level Team Member position that requires no previous experience. You will support light industrial production by assembling small parts, performing basic quality checks, and preparing products for shipment in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Comprehensive training is provided, and you will follow established procedures to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient work.

Responsibilities

• Complete and follow all pre-operation, start-up, and shut-down procedures for the assigned work station.
• Feed raw materials into machines or production lines according to established guidelines.
• Assemble small parts and components with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Perform basic quality and testing checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Prepare and pack items for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and kitting as required.
• Assist with mechanical assembly tasks as directed and within training scope.
• Conduct visual inspection of parts and finished products to identify defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the clean room environment.
• Complete daily production and activity reports accurately and on time.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and securing hair.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and production instructions consistently.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality throughout the shift.

Work Environment

You will work in a clean room environment handling very small parts and adhesives in a climate-controlled facility. The role involves standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks in a light industrial, production, and assembly setting. Personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and appropriate measures such as securing hair, is required and provided in accordance with safety guidelines. Multiple shift options are available, including traditional weekday shifts and extended weekend or rotating schedules, allowing you to select a shift structure that best fits your lifestyle.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eleanor, WV.

The pay range for this position is $14.07 - $17.08/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
