Parts and Inventory Administrator

Job Summary

Quick Servant Company, Inc. is seeking an organized and dependable Parts & Inventory Administrator to provide administrative support within our Parts Department.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable working with computers, communicates well, stays organized, and enjoys keeping things moving behind the scenes. Extensive experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to effectively support day-to-day purchasing and inventory activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing and ordering parts, materials, and supplies
• Enter and maintain purchasing and inventory information in company systems
• Help track parts orders and follow up on outstanding items
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Communicate with vendors and internal team members regarding parts and order status
• Help identify inventory discrepancies and maintain organized records
• Provide general administrative support to the Parts Department
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Dependable and professional
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Previous purchasing, inventory, parts, warehouse, or administrative experience is preferred, but extensive experience is not required
