What You’ll Be Doing

As an Evening Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy high-quality, beautifully prepared dishes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards.

• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
• Monitoring food quality and ensuring all dishes meet our presentation standards.
• Assisting with inventory management and proper food storage.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and passion to the table. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• A flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to the needs of the kitchen.
