JOB DETAILS:
- LOCATION: Houston, TX | 77002
- PAY RATE: $20.00 / hour
- SCHEDULE: Friday, October 16th | 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- POSITIONS AVAILABLE: 4 Openings
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Openwork is currently seeking 4 dependable temporary Front Desk Receptionists to assist the Harris County Domestic Relations Office during their annual staff meeting.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Answer incoming phone calls at front desks across various divisions in a professional manner.
- Direct calls to appropriate departments or record detailed messages as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to all callers.
- Maintain a polite, helpful, and organized front desk presence.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred (seeking 2–3 Spanish-speaking candidates).
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable — must be available to work the full 4-hour shift on Friday, October 16th.
- Customer-service oriented with a friendly demeanor.
- Qualified applicants must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test.
