a. Customer Care Representative

Schedule: MondayFriday; 8 AM5 PM and 9 AM6 PM, with 12 Saturdays a month 8 AM12 PM.

Job Description:

Answering incoming calls from customers who need assistance with their account, payment information, title requests, and payment options.

b. Customer Accounts Representative

Schedule: MondayFriday; 8 AM5 PM with two late nights a week 11 AM8 PM (late nights are never on Friday), plus 12 Saturdays a month 8 AM12 PM.

Job Description:

Light collections role, calling customers who are 129 days past duea courtesy call. This is still heavily customerservice focused. You may help customers update credit card info, change expired payment methods, set up autopay, or reset passwords.

c. Customer Service Support (Role 3)

Schedule: MondayFriday 8 AM5 PM

(You may occasionally work 7 AM4 PM or 9 AM6 PM depending on business needs.)

Job Description:

This role supports crucial customer service and title-processing functions, including dealership communication, lien perfection, and coordination with state DMV offices. It requires strong problemsolving, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide internal and external customer service support, including 1020 inbound

& outbound calls with customers, dealerships, and DMV offices.

Research, analyze, and resolve titlerelated issues using available

information; escalate when needed.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of title documents, lien perfection, and

related administrative tasks.

Identify process gaps or trends and communicate findings to leadership.

Maintain strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Overtime Requirement:

  Up to 3 hours of overtime weekly depending on business needs.

  Required to work two Saturdays per month from 8 AM12 PM

Other Information:

• 6-month contract to hire
• Onsite in Irving
• Looking for career minded individuals
• Will be cross-trained and moved between departments every few months or so

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of IRVING, TX.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
