- Measure and verify parts using a tape measure and basic shop math to ensure proper fit and alignment.
- Lift, move, position, and secure components weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shop floor.

- Work effectively in a production or construction-style environment, maintaining a steady work pace to meet production goals.
- Follow all safety procedures while working around moving mechanical parts, vibration, loud noise, and occasional fumes or airborne particles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment, to support efficient production.

The culture values steady work, dependability, and a hands-on approach, offering a stable environment for individuals who enjoy practical, mechanical work and the opportunity to share in the companys success.
Work Environment
This position is based in an industrial manufacturing facility that produces metal switches used on power lines to transfer electricity. The environment is a traditional shop setting rather than a clean room, and it can be dirty, with temperature conditions that vary according to the weather outside. You will work Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., spending most of the day on your feet around large metal components and moving mechanical parts.
