Why Work Here?

You join a stable, in-demand manufacturing operation that values safety, recognition, and long-term growth. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with matching, dental, and vision coverage. You benefit from a culture that celebrates safety and performance through dedicated safety weeks held twice a year, featuring awards and giveaways for employees. You work alongside a team of 25+ people, some assigned to a moving assembly line and others working at individual stations. The role involves frequent use of hand and power tools, including saws, hammers, staple guns, and pneumatic tools, as well as tape measures and other basic carpentry equipment. The schedule runs from approximately 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a mandatory 6:30 a.m. meeting each morning and significant overtime opportunities due to high demand.
