Looking for a stable manufacturing position with a reputable company? We're hiring Production Associates to support automotive glass production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No extensive experience required. Reliable candidates who enjoy hands-on work are encouraged to apply!

What You'll Do:

• Operate manufacturing and production equipment
• Work on assembly lines to meet production goals
• Inspect products for quality and defects
• Package finished products for shipment
• Use basic hand tools and measuring devices
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed

Schedule:

🌙 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

🌙 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.

The pay range for this position is $19.14 - $19.14/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
