This temp-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to build a long-term career while working alongside experienced maintenance professionals in a hands-on production environment.

If you have experience troubleshooting machinery, performing repairs, and supporting equipment maintenance, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour and up based on experience

Day Shift:

Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM - 1:30 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch
Overtime may be available based on production needs

Job Requirements

Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Assist with machinery installation and setup projects.
Perform preventive maintenance to support reliable equipment operation.
Help maintain production equipment and facility systems.
Support maintenance projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a safe, efficient, and organized work environment.
Previous experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
Experience with equipment installation and maintenance procedures.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and work effectively as part of a team.
Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) or computer-controlled equipment is a plus but not required.
Flexibility to assist with overtime needs when required.
