Work EnvironmentThe facility currently operates with a team of about 40 people after optimizing operations and installing new automated cup formers. The environment combines hands-on production work with growing automation, including robotic stackers and modern cup-forming equipment. There are four shifts: A and B shifts run from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and C and D shifts run from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with two openings available on the night shift. The schedule functions similarly to a 2-2-3 pattern, with every other weekend worked and essentially two days on and two days off, and the full schedule is published for the entire year to support long-term planning.
