Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Worker to join a growing team in Poway, CA. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with warehouse, shipping, receiving, or general labor experience who are comfortable in a physically active environment. You'll support daily warehouse operations through loading/unloading, palletizing, packaging, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Palletize, wrap, and secure products for shipment.
• Perform packaging, sorting, and inventory organization tasks.
• Lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs regularly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, when trained and authorized.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of warehouse, production, or general labor experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Experience with loading, unloading, packaging, or palletizing.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to complete a drug screening.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills

• Forklift experience or certification.
• Shipping, receiving, or packaging experience.
• Experience palletizing and shrink-wrapping products.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
