• Days: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Swing: Monday-Thursday | 4:15 PM-2:45 AM
• Weekend: Friday-Sunday | 5:00 AM-5:30 PM

We're hiring experienced MIG Welders to join a growing fabrication team in Sedro-Woolley. With a 3-year backlog of work, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career while working on large steel assemblies in a safe, spacious shop environment.

If you can read blueprints, understand weld symbols, and consistently produce quality welds, we'd like to speak with you.Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel assemblies
• Read blueprints, weld symbols, and shop drawings
• Set welding machines according to WPS requirements
• Perform basic fitting and fabrication work
• Use jigs and fixtures to maintain quality and accuracy
• Complete visual inspections prior to QC review
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required

• 3+ years of welding experience or welding trade school education
• MIG welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fabrication environment

Preferred

• AWS Certification
• WABO Certification
• FCAW Experience
• Welder/Fitter Experience
• Structural steel or production welding experience

• $25-$40/hr based on experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Sedro Woolley, WA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
