Companion Care Needed

I need a senior care provider with experience so my husband and I can have a date night once or twice a month. Our care concerns are: Medication Management (if we go out in the evening), Bathing/Dressing (only in the event of a bathroom accident), Meal Preparation, Companionship and Social Interaction. Retired or off duty nurse with dementia experience preferred.
