Home Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate Home Caregiver to provide dependable support to older adults, individuals with disabilities, and families with children in private residences. Reporting to a family member and home care agency supervisor, the caregiver will assist with daily personal needs, household routines, mobility, and clear communication while documenting care through a mobile care app and family communication notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support tailored to each care recipient’s needs.
• Prepare meals and support regular nutrition routines.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Assist with mobility and safe movement.
• Support household tasks and daily routines.
• Communicate care updates with family members and supervisors.
• Document daily care activities using a mobile care app and family communication notes.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in home caregiving.
• Knowledge of safe patient handling.
• Compassionate communication skills.
• Patience and strong observation skills.
