The Opportunity

Bring your leadership to a role where developing people and delivering results go hand in hand. Dutch Point Credit Union is seeking a Manager, Retail Sales and Service Experience to lead branch-based sales, service, and operations. You'll coach employees to grow their capabilities, help members build trusted financial relationships, and turn branch priorities into measurable progress in sales, service, and operational performance.

Why This Role Matters Now

Every member interaction is an opportunity to earn trust. Your leadership connects a capable, engaged team with consistent service, stronger member relationships, and responsible growth. By bringing coaching, sales execution, and sound operations together, you'll help improve the experience for both members and employees.

What You'll Lead

· Lead, coach, and develop branch staff through clear direction, training, mentoring, and performance feedback while modeling Dutch Point values and service standards.

· Develop and execute sales strategies that attract new members, deepen existing relationships, and increase consumer loan originations within established lending policies and requirements.

· Oversee daily branch operations, transaction processing, member service, and staffing coverage to support accurate, efficient, and dependable service.

· Monitor member interactions, feedback, and sales results; analyze trends in new accounts, loan originations, and revenue to identify and address performance opportunities.

· Improve workflows, productivity, and cost efficiency while supporting process improvements, technology enhancements, and member adoption of digital banking.

· Build community connections and business partnerships that strengthen Dutch Point's presence and support membership growth.

· Collaborate across departments to resolve complex issues and improve the member and employee experience.

· Protect sensitive information, strengthen operational controls, and maintain compliance. Complete annual BSA training and follow BSA/AML requirements and applicable OFAC-related policies and procedures.

First-Year Priorities

· Establish clear team priorities and consistent coaching, feedback, and performance expectations.

· Advance established sales, new-account, consumer loan origination, and revenue goals while maintaining service quality and compliance.

· Strengthen service consistency, respond to member feedback, and deepen member relationships.

· Improve branch workflows, staffing coverage, productivity, and digital banking adoption.

· Support employee development, engagement, and retention while building community and business relationships.

Who Thrives in This Role

You bring out the best in people while holding a clear line on performance and accountability. You enjoy coaching, building relationships, solving problems, and turning goals into practical action. You balance member needs, team development, sales results, and sound judgment—and collaborate across the organization to make the experience better.

What You'll Bring

· A demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, motivate others, and create a positive, collaborative work environment.

· A track record of achieving sales growth and operational excellence in retail banking.

· Strong knowledge of financial products, services, market trends, credit union operations, and regulations.

· Clear communication and relationship-building skills with employees, members, colleagues, and external partners.

· Sound problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance information and translate it into action.

· Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects, improving processes, and supporting community and business partnerships.

Qualifications

· Minimum of five years of retail banking experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or managerial role.

· Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of education and experience preferred.

· Experience managing both physical and digital branches preferred.

Work Environment

This branch-based role involves working with retail staff, members, and internal partners. Travel is required to fulfill duties, career development, and responsibilities. The work environment is usually moderately noisy, and the work may occasionally involve lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
