Mint Workforce is hiring Direct Support Professionals for a respected residential school in Greenfield, NH. The school serves children and young adults (ages 5 to 22) with autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll be the steady, caring presence that helps each student learn, grow and feel safe.

What You’ll Do
- Support students with daily living, personal care and routines
- Teach life skills, communication and social skills in the home, the classroom and the community
- Follow individual support plans and behavior support plans
- Help students take part in recreation, activities and outings
- Keep accurate daily notes and documentation
- Help keep the home safe, clean and welcoming
- Work as part of a supportive team of teachers, clinicians and fellow DSPs
Who You Are

- Comfortable supporting children and teens with autism, including challenging behaviors
- Reliable. You show up because people are counting on you.
- A team player who communicates well
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (the campus is rural with no public transit)
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to help with personal care and physical activity
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends or overnights (varies by schedule)
