Assistant Service Manager

• Manage the Service Dept personnel
• Manage the daily operations of the service and parts departments.
• Ensure efficiency in the shop & manage shop flow
• Ensure the profitibility of Service & Parts
• Coaching and Mentory staff in upselling services
• Build strong customer relationships
• Follow up daily, weekly with staff on progress of work
• Ensure staff is billing repair orders properly
• Ensure staff is collecting on all repairs prior to the release of units
• Ensure Techs are following OSHA guidelines for shop cleanliness and work standards
• Coordinate with sales for deliveries of sold units.
